Here are the 4 things you need to do to get started:
Book your coaching call(s):
In order to get started with the program, you need to book at least your first coaching call. You may book all eight at once if you are able. The best plan is to find a time that will work every week and book on the same day/time each week so that you'll always have a consistent amount of time between coaching sessions to complete your homework and the practice activities.
You will complete the homework for each week in advance of the coaching call (i.e. watch the videos and complete the sheets for Week 1 before your Week 1 coaching call) so make sure to schedule your first call such that you have enough time to complete the material before your first coaching session.
(Note: Our weekly calls will take place via Zoom and will be audio-only - no need to worry about video.)
